- You may attach screenshots/ supporting documents or error details
- After submission, you will receive an email with a tracking number
- You can also Track Your Previous Tickets

What happens when you raise a Ticket?
- The ticket gets automatically registered into our support ecosystem
- They get reviewed by the Support Team
- Clarified if needed
- The issue gets fixed according to support plan
- Ticket status gets updated and closed
